Korea Leisure Coffee Bar(이하 "KLCB")는 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」(PIPA)에 따라 보호하며, 커뮤니티 신청 폼을 통해 수집한 정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 항목
- 필수: 이름, 연락처(이메일·전화번호·카카오톡 ID 중 입력하신 값)
- 선택: 관심 분야(러닝·회복·커피·음악·아웃도어·이벤트), 남기신 메시지
- 자동 수집: 유입 경로 정보(UTM 출처/캠페인), referrer, 브라우저 정보(User-Agent), 제출 시각
2. 이용 목적
세션·멤버십 안내 및 연락, 커뮤니티 운영·소통, 신청자 응대를 위해서만 이용합니다.
3. 수집 근거
폼 제출 시 이용자의 동의(체크박스)를 받아 수집합니다. 동의는 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
4. 보유 및 파기
이용자가 삭제를 요청하거나 동의를 철회할 때까지 보유하며, 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 위탁
수집한 정보를 판매하거나 마케팅 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 이메일 알림 발송을 위해 이메일 서비스 제공자를 이용할 수 있습니다. 커뮤니티 채팅(Discord)은 선택 사항이며 Discord의 자체 정책이 적용됩니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 본인 정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 [email protected] 로 접수해 주세요.
7. 안전성 확보
수집 정보는 접근이 제한된 서버에 저장하며, 권한 있는 운영자만 열람합니다.

Korea Leisure Coffee Bar ("KLCB") protects your personal information in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This is how we handle the details you submit through our interest form.
1. What we collect
- Required: your name and a contact (whichever you provide — email, phone, or KakaoTalk ID)
- Optional: interests (running, recovery, coffee, music, outdoor, events) and any message you add
- Collected automatically: referral data (UTM source/campaign), referrer, browser (user-agent), and submission time
2. Why we use it
Only to contact you about sessions and membership, to run and communicate with the community, and to respond to your enquiry.
3. Legal basis
We collect your data with your consent (the checkbox on the form). You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Retention & deletion
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them or withdraw consent, after which we delete them promptly.
5. Sharing & processors
We never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing. We may use an email service provider to send lead notifications. The community Discord is optional and governed by Discord's own policy.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent at any time by emailing [email protected].
7. Security
Your details are stored on an access-restricted server and viewed only by authorised operators.
